  • We can authorize the repair facility to charge the plan's credit card account directly, eliminating the hassle of out-of-town repairs.
  • You may even be able to include the cost of protection in the financing of your vehicle.
  • If you decide to sell your vehicle, your Premium, Ultra, Classic, or Powertrain CareSM contract may be transferred to the new owner. It may even enhance the resale value of your vehicle.
  • EMERGENCY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
    The following Emergency Roadside Services you be provided for You on the covered vehicle up to a maximum of $80.00 per occurance.
  • TOWING - If an emergency tow is required as a result of a mechanical failure, the covered vehicle will be towed back to the selling dealership if within 50 miles.
  • BATTERY SERVICE - a "jump start" will be applied in an attempt to start the covered vehicle.
  • FLAT TIRE CHANGE - Service will be provided to remove the flat tire and replace it with Your properly inflated spare.
  • LOCK-OUT - If Your keys are accidentally locked inside the covered vehicle, we will provide assistance to gain entry to the vehicle with Your proper identification.
  • FUEL, OIL, FLUID and WATER DELIVERY - If Your vehicle requires an emergency supply of fuel, oil, fluid or water, we will arrange a delivery to You. You will be required to pay for the actual costs of the FUEL, OIL, FLUID or WATER when it is delivered, if so requested.
  • The Emergency Road Service will be administrated by the Allstate Motor Club.

    NO SERVICE MAY BE DUPLICATED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF THE INITIAL REQUEST.

Guaranteed Asset Protection "GAP"

GAP Coverage
GAP* coverage is designed to pay the difference in most cases between the actual cash value and your customer's original scheduled loan balance, helping him fill the "GAP" when faced with a total loss of his vehicle. Your customers receive worry-free driving, while you earn their long-term loyalty and repeat business. Some states require GAP to be filed as an insurance product and other states are waiver states. Protective offers a GAP product to meet your state requirements.





Credit Life

Central States Health & Life Co. of Omaha’s (CSO) credit life plans are designed to pay off or reduce the loan balance in the event of an insured borrower’s death, and may be available in single or joint coverage. Actual benefits depend on the options selected.

Credit life options include:

  • Gross Pay Decreasing Life coverage is based on the total of payments on the loan, including the note amount (principal, financed loan fees and insurance premiums) and interest. The coverage decreases each month by the amount of the scheduled loan payment. This is the most comprehensive life coverage available. The death benefit is the total of the remaining payments at the time of death.

Credit Disability

CSO’s credit disability plans are designed to pay the scheduled loan payment or a portion of it if the covered borrower becomes totally disabled due to a covered accident or illness, and may be available in single or joint coverage. Disability insurance is not available on single payment loans or on a balloon payment. Actual benefits depend on the options selected.
Credit disability options include:

  1. Full Term Disability benefits are available for every month during the term of the insurance. This is the most comprehensive disability coverage available.
  2. Critical Period Disability benefits provide a maximum number of monthly benefit payments of 12, 24 or 36 months throughout the term of the insurance. Once the total number of benefit payments have been made, the disability coverage ends.
